Protected Disclosures (Whistleblower Service)
Protected Disclosures is an independent service operated by Habit Health EAP to support employees in reporting dishonesty, unethical behaviour, harassment, workplace safety hazards, unsafe practices, and other concerns that may affect workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.
Safety First
If employees observe behaviour that is inconsistent with organisational values, creates psychosocial risks, compromises workplace safety, or may harm the integrity or reputation of the business, it can have a significant impact on individual wellbeing, psychological safety, and workplace culture.
The Whistle-Blower Hotline is an independent service operated by Habit Health EAP.
The Hotline provides employees with a safe and confidential avenue to raise concerns about dishonesty or unethical behaviour, suspected theft, harassment, workplace safety hazards, unsafe practices, or actions that may affect the safety, wellbeing, or integrity of the workplace.
By providing an independent reporting pathway, organisations can identify and respond to issues early, support psychologically safe workplaces, reduce workplace risks, and foster a culture of trust, accountability, and safety.
