Onsite Support
Our onsite support service is designed to provide immediate assistance to employees following critical or non-critical incidents that may affect their health, wellbeing, resilience, or sense of safety.
Critical or Non-Critical Incident Support
Our Critical Incident Response service provides support and assistance to employees who have been directly or indirectly affected by a critical or non-critical incident and includes discussion around:
- Understanding the impact of trauma
- Common responses and reactions to traumatic events
- Managing emotional and psychological responses
- Defusing and debriefing following incidents
- Strategies to support recovery and resilience
- Available support services and resources
Our service is available 24/7 for critical incidents, with coordination managed through our National Support Centre.
Following a referral, resources are mobilised and counsellors or psychologists are deployed based on the nature of the incident and the needs of those involved. Our aim is to support recovery, minimise psychosocial risks, and help individuals and teams return to a safe and healthy working environment as quickly as possible.
