Leadership Mentoring
Leadership Mentoring is a facilitated process designed to provide leaders with guidance and practical insights to navigate the complexities of leadership, manage workplace challenges, support employee wellbeing, and develop the skills required to lead safe, healthy, and high-performing teams.
Build Capability
Employees who utilise this service can expect to receive regular support over a 6-12 month period to build their leadership capability, confidence, resilience, and effectiveness.
This service can be used by employees at any level of the organisation but is typically targeted at managers and requires referral by a senior leader. Mentoring can also be delivered in group settings to strengthen leadership capability, support psychologically safe workplaces, and enhance team effectiveness.
Professional Supervision support
Professional supervision or reflective practice provides a confidential, structured space for employees working in clinical, wellbeing, health and safety, or other people-focused roles to reflect on complex work, professional practice, and factors that may affect their wellbeing, resilience, and capacity to work safely and effectively.
Sessions support reflective practice, professional resilience, ethical decision-making, professional boundaries, and the management of challenging workplace situations. They also help employees recognise and respond to psychosocial risks associated with repeated exposure to distressing or complex material, including vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, cumulative stress, and the emotional demands of supporting others.
Professional supervision is not counselling or performance management. It is a development-focused process that supports safe, reflective, effective, and sustainable professional practice, while helping employees maintain their own wellbeing and continue to perform their roles in a healthy and safe way.
