Menopause Training for Managers and Teams
Menopause Training for Managers and Teams helps organisations understand how menopause and perimenopause can impact employee health, wellbeing, resilience, and workplace participation, and provides practical guidance on creating supportive and psychologically safe workplaces.
Menopause Awareness
All women will experience menopause. For most, this occurs between the ages of 45-55. While menopause is a natural stage of life, changes in hormones can contribute to a wide range of physical, cognitive, and psychological symptoms that may affect wellbeing, confidence, concentration, sleep, resilience, and participation at work.
Supporting employees through menopause can help organisations address psychosocial risks associated with stress, fatigue, anxiety, reduced confidence, and workplace participation, while creating healthier, safer, and more supportive work environments.
How we can support workplaces:
- Our Menopause Training for Managers programme supports organisational leaders and managers to understand the impact of menopause and perimenopause, develop confidence in responding to related workplace challenges, and support employees in a way that promotes wellbeing, psychological safety, and workplace participation.
